To the woman who is told to shut up and sit down, and the only reason she has a seat at the table to start with is because the board has to cater to minorities...

To the woman who has to bust her ass twice as hard to earn half the paycheck...

To the woman who feels like she is never enough...

Don't quit.

Don't let those people get to you. Keep fighting for yourself, and stand firm in your faith.

Support other women, because we all face the same struggles. Be a voice for your future, and for your daughters' futures.

Just because we look different and approach challenges differently, doesn't make us incompetent or unworthy.
